Return an item in 3 steps

Let us know
Write to us with your order reference and the design you want to return. We'll reply with the return address.

Pack it
Slip the slippers into their cotton pouch, then into sturdy packaging.

Ship it
Send the parcel to the address we gave you. As soon as we receive it, we refund you or, for an exchange, send you the other size.
- Who pays for the return?
- You do, if you change your mind. We do, if the item is defective or if we sent the wrong design or size.
- When will I be refunded?
- Within 15 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method.
- What if an item is defective?
- Write to us with a photo. In addition to this policy, you are covered by the warranties provided by law: see our terms of sale.
Before you order, check the size with the size guide: it tells you which size to choose based on your child's age or the length of their foot.
First size exchange free
Not the right size? We'll exchange the pair once for another size of the same design, free of charge, within of receiving your parcel.
- Write to us with your order reference and the size you'd like.
- We'll tell you how to send the pair back to us, at no cost to you.
- We ship the new size with free shipping as soon as we receive the returned pair.
The returned pair must meet the return conditions: If the size you want is sold out, you can choose another design or get a refund. The offer applies to one exchange per pair purchased.
