How to measure the foot

All you need is a sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler.

  1. Heel against a wall

    Place the foot flat on a sheet of paper, with the heel right against the wall.

  2. A line at the tip of the big toe

    Mark the spot on the sheet where the big toe ends.

  3. Measure in centimetres

    Measure from the wall to the line. Do the same with the other foot and keep the longer measurement.

Seen from above: the heel touches the wall, and the measurement goes to the tip of the big toe.

Foot lengths are approximate. If the measurement falls right on the line between two sizes, the calculator suggests the larger one, so the foot has a little room to grow.
