With her charming pink bird delicately perched on a white branch, all scattered with little floating hearts on deep black leather, Marielle is the slipper that turns every step into a gentle melody. She goes along with babies and children on their first explorations, whether they frolic around the living room, discover the garden from the window, or try to swipe a sock from the laundry basket. The powder pink trim adds a touch of tenderness and refinement, like a little bubble of poetry with every move.
Why we love them
Petit Canon doesn't joke around with leather quality. For Marielle, we chose 100% natural cowhide leather, soft as a feather, that fits the shape of baby's foot exactly without constraining it. The suede sole gives a discreet but effective grip to help limit slips on the waxed hardwood floor, and the hidden elastic at the ankle helps the slipper stay put, even when baby turns into a conductor on the rug.
Like all our designs, Marielle is handmade with artisan craftsmanship. The colours are water-based, free of chemicals, and meet NF safety standards. Made to last, not a passing trend.
