With his adorable robot on sturdy charcoal grey leather, Gustave is the ideal companion for budding little engineers and living room explorers. He goes along with curious babies and little ones setting out to conquer the hardwood floor, the rug, and sometimes (we have proof) the toys under the couch. The bright red trim adds that touch of energy and cheer that makes all the difference in a family album photo or on the soft toy's first rescue missions.
Why we love them
Petit Canon doesn't joke around with leather quality. For Gustave, we chose 100% natural cowhide leather, soft as a favourite pair of pyjamas, that fits the shape of baby's foot exactly without constraining it. The suede sole gives a discreet but effective grip to help limit slips on the waxed hardwood floor, and the hidden elastic at the ankle helps the slipper stay put, even when baby suddenly decides to build a rocket out of the living room cushions.
Like all our designs, Gustave is handmade with artisan craftsmanship. The colours are water-based, free of chemicals, and meet NF safety standards. Made to last, not a passing trend.
