With his anchor and life buoy on deep navy blue leather, Ferdinand is ready for an ocean of adventures, even if it's just from the bedroom to the living room. The bright red edging adds that touch of colour reminiscent of distant lighthouses and flags in the wind. He goes along with curious babies and toddlers setting out to conquer the hardwood floor, the archipelago of the rug, and sometimes, though they won't admit it, the dog's bed.
Why we love them
Petit Canon doesn't joke around when it comes to leather quality. For Ferdinand, we selected 100% natural cowhide leather, soft as a caressing wave, that follows the shape of baby's foot exactly without restricting it. The suede sole gives a discreet but effective grip to limit slips on the waxed hardwood floor, and the hidden elastic at the ankle helps the slipper stay put, even when baby suddenly decides to go surfing on the duvet.
Like all our models, Ferdinand is handmade with artisan craftsmanship. The colours are water-based, free of chemicals, and meet NF safety standards. Made to last, not a passing fad.
